PRIVATE TRAINING

Northwest United coaches may offer optional private training sessions outside of their NWU coaching responsibilities and for a separate fee. These sessions can be arranged as individual or small-group training and are designed to support additional skill development, learning, and confidence building for players seeking extra work beyond team training.

Private training is entirely optional and is scheduled independently of all Northwest United team trainings, matches, and club events.

For more information or to inquire about private training opportunities, please contact Alex Vazquez, Director of Coaching, at alex.vazquez@nwunited.org. Alex will help connect interested families with the appropriate trainer based on age, needs, and availability.

PRIVATE TRAINING POLICY
Participation in private training will not influence a coach’s responsibilities within Northwest United, including team selection, playing time, or participation in club activities.

All private training sessions must be scheduled so they do not interfere with any NWU team events, trainings, or matches.

Private training is arranged directly between the coach and the participant(s) and is separate from the coach’s official NWU duties. Northwest United assumes no responsibility or liability for any fees, session content, scheduling, actions, or conduct associated with private training sessions.

All details related to private training—including fees, location, scheduling, session focus, expectations, and development goals—must be agreed upon directly between the coach and the participant(s). Any questions, feedback, or concerns regarding private training should be addressed directly with the coach providing the service.
