PROGRAMS

Northwest United’s NEXTGEN Micro Program is designed for boys and girls born between 2013–2021. The program focuses on building a strong foundation of technical soccer skills in a fun, engaging, and professional environment. Led by Northwest United’s full-time professional coaching staff, this player-centered program is offered in both the fall and spring and runs in four-session blocks.

Each session emphasizes motor skill development and individual technical ability while also encouraging teamwork and positive social interaction. Following the Northwest United curriculum, players are introduced to a variety of learning environments designed to support long-term development and prepare them for progression into our NEXT GEN Program through our development pathway. This approach helps players build confidence, composure, and comfort within a structured training environment.
