NEXT GENERATION
Northwest United is excited to launch our fall installment of the Next Generation Development Program—a four-week introduction to the NWU way of developing young players. Sessions run every Friday beginning November 7th, with the final session taking place on December 5th.
This program is led by our Director of Coaching, Alex Vasquez, and is designed to introduce players to the club’s developmental philosophy in a structured, positive, and engaging environment. Each week players will receive age-appropriate instruction focused on strengthening foundational technical skills that form the base of future performance.

Program Focus Areas Include:

Ball mastery and dribbling techniques

Proper passing and receiving habits

Finishing and striking mechanics

Basic decision-making in possession

Confidence building through repetition and guided play
Players will learn through high-energy activities, small-sided games, and progressive technical challenges that prioritize fun, creativity, and individual improvement.
