Skagit River Park Burlington, WA
If you have any questions about the Tournament please contact the tournament director Mike Schleppy.
This popular summer tournament is a great way to kick off the season with your team. The Firecracker takes place on 28 beautiful grass fields alongside the Skagit River in Burlington, Washington. It is close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and lodging, too.
The tournament dates are coordinated with the famous Burlington Berry Dairy Days, where we will have a Salmon BBQ during the day and a Firework show at dark on Friday the 14th.Get your camping gear ready, and come have some fun!
**Northwest United does not charge for parking at this event.**
*** Campers must enter the park from E. Gilkey Rd or E. Whitmarsh Rd. No camping vehicles can enter from S. Skagit St. Please have all camping payments ready when pulling up to the park. We will have a station at each entrance collecting fees and handing out passes. ***
Camping is the way to go for this tournament! We offer spots for RVs, trailers, 5th wheelers, tent trailers and regular tents. We do not take reservations, and it is a first come, first serve basis - but don't worry! We can house hundreds of vehicles and tents. Campers can arrive as early as Friday morning, but please check-in and pay before parking. You will be directed to the available spots upon check-in.
The fee is $30/day for all vehicle camping. Tent-only camping will be $20/day.
Fees will begin the day you arrive until the day you leave and are payable upon arrival. No refunds if you leave early.
*Skagit River Park does not have electricity or water hookups. There are no showers on the premises, but there is a restroom facility in the center of the park.
Northwest United FC, Skagit River Park, and any and all tournament officials will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Be sure to secure your belongings when leaving your campsite and closing down for the night!
Skagit River Park is centrally located in the city of Burlington.
Mount Vernon is across the river. Bellingham is 25 minutes north. Marysville is 25 minutes south.
All these towns have great lodging opportunities!
