Affinity is the program we use to produce player cards, schedules, and rosters. You will not have access to your team's Affinity account until your background check has cleared and NWU's Registrar places you under your correct team. All "Volunteers" (Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers, Treasurers and First Aid Coordinators), new and old, if you've done a background check before or not, must complete this background check (RMA) in order to continue in their roles.

Once you have completed the background check you will receive a welcome email from Affinity Sports. Once you are cleared, you will automatically be added into Affinity as a Staff Member for NWU - the WA Youth Registration System. Lacey, the Registrar, will then add you to each of your respective teams where you can then see players, player cards, rosters, and schedules once they are available.

Click "Register Now," create a new account, log-in, complete the application (will ask for drivers license)




It is because of the hard work our volunteer managers and treasurers put into our teams that allows for such a smooth season! We are so grateful for each one of them.

If you are ever interested in acting as manager or treasurer for a team, please discuss it with your coach as soon as the season begins.
