PSPL Surf Academy

What is the Puget Sound Premier League Surf Academy?

Here at Northwest United FC, our coaching staff is continuously striving to not only train each player for the season, but to train them for the future. It is our goal to provide as many pathways into higher level playing as we can possibly create. Alongside the EPD and Sounders Discovery is the PSPL Surf Academy. This academy is apart of the San Diego Surf Academy and is ran through the US Club's Puget Sound Premier League.

This Academy provides additional opportunities for elite players to train and compete together under the guidance of top national and regional coaches. It is of a similar viersion to the Olympic Development Program (ODP) system that sought to identify and develop top talent.

This program is avaiable to players born between 2005 - 2000 for both boys and girls, and once the tryout process is completed and if successful, players enter a number of ID tournaments across California and Colorado.
