NWUnited FC is seeking a coach and club  development director.  This is a part-time position and could be split between two persons.  Salary range is from $20,000 to $30,000, depending on candidate experience.  As club membership grows, this could be increased.  The objectives and duties of the position are described in the two attachments.  It is important to read both.  The “cover letter” describes the overall objectives of coach and club development.  We are looking for a highly qualified individual(s) who will help NWUnited provide outstanding service to the soccer community in our area and allow our programs to reach a greater portion of the athletes in the communities we serve.  The “position description” identifies specific duties.

The NWUnited Executive Board will meet with qualified candidates to explain further our objectives and discuss candidate qualifications and perspectives.  Candidates are encouraged in the application and in subsequent interviews to propose alternative ways of achieving club objectives.
